Probably an S-corp, helps avoid social security tax while still allowing for “pass-through” of income to you.

Hello,
I want maximum protection, and tax breaks (yes who doesnt)!
Here is my situation:
Wife and I are nurses make $107k year
Live in nevada (homestead state 100K)
Own $169k house
Mostly want to do flips for now, need cash
Eventually like to hold property
will become serious investors, with much property
Belive in using attorney for protection.
Should i do a LLC or what, and what are pros and cons of each.
