I found a couple of Mobile homes That i I want to invest in.
Can you tell me if my offer is good or needs some work?
The home is $4900 Or best offerand is listed buy an agent.
I am going to offer her $3000, $500 dwn and will ask her to carry a note for $2500. I then have plans to rent it out or
(sublet)it to someone else for $6000, $500 dwn and I will carry a note for $5500 for 36 Months at 12.75%.
Does this sound right to you? And there is another one that the owner has listed "take over payments"How would you aproach that.I really appreciate your help. Thankyou ZORAN
