My brother is selling his 3bd/2b house in TX.
He’s got an assumable mortgage with about $72M owing.
It’s listed for $79.9M.
I guess the market’s really tough for seller’s…my brother indicates he will need to pay closing costs on both sides in order to sweeten the deal…
However, it’s been on for about two months with no bites.
Anyone have any creative ways to get out clean?
He doesn’t care if he makes money (cause it looks unlikely that he will), but he certainly doesn’t want to lose any either.
