I saw an ad in the paper today that read
Mobile Home Paper
$150,000
19% yield, $5000 per month

I have been investing in real estate for a couple of years and have recently become interested in mobile home paper and other types of paper. What should I ask this person when I call them. What type of info do I need to broker this note to someone and who are the institutional or other buyers for these kinds of notes.

Thanks,
Brian

Brian: Get ahold of Ed Lisogar at natcap@primenet.com
and ask for his broker pkg. In it there will be a form that you can use to ask the questions. Have him fax it to you. Or, you can go to his website and print it. www.nationalcapitalcorp.com Another person you can contact is David Butler at www.notenetwork.com or use his e-mail address hotspur@home.com
Ed Lisogar may appear a bit gruff to you as he does to others - but bear with him and you will be glad you did. You can also check out the following sites:
www.papersourceonline.com and www.noteworthyusa.com
