Depends. How good of deals were they? You can check with the owner and see if they were approached by the guy. You can also check the county records after a while and see what happens with the title.

I am new to REI and am starting by birdogging for a referral fee. I recommended a property to an investor but did not include the seller’s contact info. The investor says he is interested and would like the contact info. As soon as I give him the contact info, a few minutes later, he is not interested in the property. I think he is trying to be dishonest. What do you folks think?
