I am sooo new to real estate(like 6 weeks old)and I’m doing alot of reading and what I need to know is how do I close my first deal with a subject-to/lease option. I want to buy subject-to but I want to lease option it on my end and I only understand the first half of the process. I no doubt sound really dumb, but I really want to learn and do this. my goal is to have it done by Christmas. I hope I’m not just wishful thinking but would love some helpful advice.
