I’d contact some billboard companies.

You can clause your contract with them…if you sell they have to make their own arrangements with new owners.

Six may not go for it…but one might.

You can also build your own billboard and paint a sign on it, advertising it for lease.

Nuttin’ to it, but to do it.

I bought a piece of vacant land in Fl and I’d like to put a billboard on it. The lot sits right on highway 441.

Can someone give me some leads as to whether i should lease it to the billbd company, which i have heard is often times a 20 year lease. Or should i build my own billboard and lease the space on it myself?

Has anyone done either? what should i be aware of? what are the cost? please send the names of any companies that i can get information from.
ps: yes i have checked the zoning already.

Maybe a “rolling” billboard? - Posted by John Merchant

A common strategy used in situations like this is to buy an old cheap panel-van and have it painted with your sign…and just have it parked on your site so it can be seen by all bypassers.

Be aware of size restrictions of signs. - NTXT - Posted by Brent_IL
