You’ll need to ask someone at your county courthouse where the evictions are filed. Expired listings aren’t at the courthouse, they’re on the MLS so you’ll need a realtor to work with to get those.

Landlords who have filed evictions, expired listings and out of town owners are good groups to focus on.
