Sure, give it a shot. What’s the worst that can happen? The manager
might call you and ask that they be removed, or they’ll just get pitched.
Or, you might get yourself a few nice owner-finance or lease/purchase
deals.

I used to live in a thriving apartment complex nearby, where mail is delivered and picked up at a central location. Within the mail room sits a small “island”, on which folks leave various advertisments, etc. I’m contemplating the creation of flyers to advertise a house I’m attempting to lease with option rights, for placement in the mail room.
Has anyone attempted the like? If so, any success? Any perceived flaws or setbacks inherent to the idea? I figure that some current apartment lessees must have an interest in home ownership, while many don’t know that they may have the capacity for it.
