I have a fairly good idea for a hotel in vegas… a far-east-asian hotel. The gambling areas also feature asian gambling games. The design is rather unique but I don’t have millions of dollars to fund the project. How do I get approval from the city for this project and how do I find the investors?
I just have what I think would be a very good idea,
but no experience in such large scale projects. My question would be, who are the right folks to talk to
about something like this?
