I may be moving to another state in October, but I have found a house I REALLY like right now. I would appreciate any ideas on a good way to lock the property up while I decide if I’m going to move or not. Here are the details:
Sales price: 290,000, worth about 270,000. Vacant w/ motivated sellers who have substantial (but unknown) equity.
I would like to contract for the sale but be able to get out if I need to, I don’t mind purchasing, but I will need to sell it quickly and make a few pennies if I don’t move.
