…and wanted to start a hard money business, how much capitol does a hard money lender start with? I also assume they have some form of working line of credit?

One of my private “hard money investors” started with 25K. We bought a property and upon closing, he put 10K in his pocket, not a bad return for an initial investment of 25K and 4 months later!!
