properties would not be the way to go for newbies to get started because of the “title issue”!!

I would like to specialize in “straight options” and flipping “pretty houses” to retail buyers to generate some fast cash, not junkers to rehabbers. How can I make sure I get paid on my end when I find a buyer whose lender will throw up a “red flag” because of the seasoning issue? Is there a way around this?

Thanks for responding.

Yes there is. Create a note and have it sold (at a discount) for cash at close. That is basically it. E-mail me for more details if you need to.
