I’m looking for a service that can give me comps and tax data (similar to MLS) about suburban Chicago properties without having to reley on agents or go to the courthouse.
I’ve looked into dataquick, but I would like to compare prices, services. Has anyone used dataquick? How do you like their services?

I too am looking for a service that will provide this info.
Sadly, I lost the MLS access I once had, and since than have had to goto the county offices and look it all up by hand, a long process that is not a very efficient use of my time.
I did find one service locally that provides data monthly, but it seemed to be out of date, in-accurate, and costly.
They required a $500 set up fee, and $150/month, and this was just too much for me.
So, anything you find, PLEASE pass it along.
Heck, if you find a “pay service” that is decent priced, let me know, I may be willing to split the cost with you.
