Hello all,
Well, after losing my confidence and bringing my business to a screeching halt, due to the holidays and my pending divorce, I decided that this was CRAZY!
So, the few leads I had, I worked HARD!
And, as of today have 2 deals DONE, signed, paid, and a third deal going.
The last two were really small, but still made me enough money to avoid getting a J.O.B. for a little while longer.
And, this third deal will also be small, but will carry me thru at least March.
Not great, but the attitude has been adjusted, and more will happen.
Why?
Because I’m no longer waiting for deals to fall in my lap.
I am going to make them happen!
In spite of the ex wife and her harrassment.
So, look out world, Jim is in town, and he is buying homes left and right!
I had almost forgotten how FUN this is!!
Hope you all had a great holiday weekend, and look forward to a good new year!

Jim,
I just wanted to let you know that you saved me $120.00 on a paint job for a rehab.
If you recall, you mentioned that you can get mistints at a paint store for $2.00 a gallon. Well, I needed some paint for a renab and thought, why not try Jim’s idea.
I went to Sherman Williams and got 15 gallons for $30.00. It was good paint too. Sure beats paying $150.00 at Menards.
