I am new to real estate investing. I want to flip properties as my road into real estate investing. I have read all I can find on flipping on this site but still have a question: What is to prevent your investor from turning down your deal and then going behind your back and doing the deal himself…cutting out the “middle man”…ME!? Unless the investors I line up are trusted friends, I dont see a way around that happening from time to time. Any advise???
