Also, in the information section there are courses designed to help you locate and purchase foreclosures.

I’m a new rehabber in WI and I’m looking for advise on how to find distressed properties. I have a couple of re agents helping but I’m always a day late. How do I find them before they get to the brokers? Also, I would like to find a re investment club in my area. Can anyone help?
