that i haven’t received a call yet. it’s been over a month with 60 big signs (which are still there) at major and residential intersections in my city (calgary,canada).i’ve also personally delivered flyers (dropped in the mailbox) to distressed homeowners that i’ve EXPENSIVELY searched thru’ in public records (they’re in pre-foreclosure) and my newspaper ads are not helping either.(( Distressed Homeowners, I Buy Real Estate, Provide Various OPTIONS!, No gimmicks, No fees, No commissions, ph # )) anyways, am i missing something here or just impatient? your thoughts appreciated, thx!
