I was riding the speed bumps last week when I came across an abandond 2 bedroom 2 Bath doublewide in a very nice park, the price is right. Upon investigating further i find out the owner filed bankruptcy abandonded it 2 years ago then disappeared. I have a checkered flag from the PM to go ahead with the deal in any way I see fit or I can wait untill she has time to get the title.
My question is what can I do if anything.

If it were me I’d get the title myself with the cooperation of the PM.
See the archives and ask your local DMV for how to do this.
