The consultant that I used has been very responsive and efficient. After each inspection, I followed up with Wells Fargo disbursement folks and they have all been quite cooperative. My experience has been a good one.

Looking for fast funding, streamlined process for obtaining draw payments.

I have used Wells Fargo and think Bank of America is also a source. You want to ask for a 203K loan.

I’ve heard these add an unnecessarily long list of additional time and work to the process… and getting your draws can sometimes be painful and slow.
