Looking at jumping from SFR’s to multi-family smaller apartments. Currently Looking at several 12-37 unit complexes. We currently have been a SFR and duplex company. Any advice on the jump. We will keep our current portfolio intact and set up a new LLC to manage the new portfolio of apartments.
I think we will have no problem managing the new units, it is, however a big jump in dollars invested and will quadruple our number of units.
