Will be Incorporating my real estate investing business soon. Should I INC in Texas? If I Inc in another state like Nevada, then wouldn’t I be looked on as being disloyal to my home state of Texas?

The filing fee in NV is $345; the filing fee in TX is $300. If you file a NV corp, it must register to to business in TX, which costs $800. In addition, you must pay a registered agent in NV, w hich costs $150 or so a year.

Do the math . . .

Disloyal? I hardly see that as being a point of discussion when it comes to incorporating. However, you will probably be required to register your Nevada corporation in Texas as a foreign entity, thus forcing you to pay the local fees and/or taxes as such. Then again I am no expert, and for authoritative answers that will affect your financial future, I suggest you seek out a professional.
