DJ:

Corporation and LLC take about the same time to maintain. The differences in maintenance, if any, are trivial compared to the benefits from using the correct entity. Whether you use a corp or an LLC depends upon the type of business you wish to conduct and your personal circumstances. Need more detail to give any hints. Start by reading LLC Questions in Legal Corner and Bronchick Articles in How-To section.

As a beginner in the Real Estate investment buisness. Should I start out by elminating personal liability right off the bat, or should I do some deals first before removing myself as the owner or said properties… Bronchick has a course but I haven’t heard at which point incorporating should take place?

I would recommend starting a limited liability company. You get the best of both worlds. Research the web relating to LLC’s. Corporations take to much maintenance.
