Corporation and LLC take about the same time to maintain. The differences in maintenance, if any, are trivial compared to the benefits from using the correct entity. Whether you use a corp or an LLC depends upon the type of business you wish to conduct and your personal circumstances. Need more detail to give any hints. As a beginner in the Real Estate investment buisness. Should I start out by elminating personal liability right off the bat, or should I do some deals first before removing myself as the owner or said properties… Bronchick has a course but I haven’t heard at which point incorporating should take place?

I would recommend starting a limited liability company. You get the best of both worlds. Research the web relating to LLC’s. Corporations take to much maintenance.
