I personally would never take a single property in my name. You need to become familiar with trusts and have the property in a trustee’s name.

Hi,
For all of you who have done this business. Should I start out right away by incorporating, or a LLC is good enough or there’s really no need for me to do one of these two options yet til I have more investments under my name. I just don’t want anyone to come after my own personal assets right from the beginning if I accidentally mess up or something like that.
