Incorporating to invest in RE - Posted by Traci, New Jersey

Hello,
I am planning to start investing in real estate, but I want to protect myself personally from any possible future “problems” (i.e. lawsuits with tenants, etc.). What is the best way to protect myself, and not suffer extra taxation – is a corporation the best way to go?
Thank you!
