Dear MJ,

In my humble oppinion, there are those who want what is not theirs. You and all RE investors work hard for your assets. So you should indeed cover your ASSets. I would transfer the property through a quit claim deed to your trust and hold beneficial intrest by the Neveda S Corp or your LLC.

I own a multi-family.

Would it be wise to transfer ownership to a LLC, trust, or corporation? How does this affect tax liability, personal liability, and ability to get future financing?
