Start with “The 16% Solution” by Moskowitz, the best book on the market. Also check out the following sites, taxsales.com, ax.com, investorsnet.com, johnbeck.net. This should give you a good overview of the industry.

Could anybody point me to an information source where I can learn about investing in Tax Certificates. I read the couple articles on this website and am looking for more information. If anybody could take a couple paragraphs to explain it that would be great.
