You are getting… ummmm… what is the word I want that the software won’t screen out???

I am not in Miami but…
I pay $107 plus $25 for service to get an eviction. (If I have to actually call in the Constable, that is an additional charge. I forget how much. Only been there once.)
My advice is call around. Find an attorney who specializes in these. There has go to be a low overhead guy who does nothing but these. He will make it up on volume.

Cheers,

Mark

PS Fire the property manager.

Is there a lawyer in the Miami, Fla area who will file eviction papers for less than the $300 I currently pay on top of $75 for rit of possession and $125 to have police officers personally evict people? Man, I have had to file for eviciton on three tenants within the first yearof acquiring the 4plex. So much for hiring a property management company to screen tenants huh?

Thanks
