Hello. I am considering hard money lending as an avenue for investing a small sum of money that I have. I’ve been able to gather some information from posts on this website, but am wondering if anyone can recommend a book or other educational material to learn more about this form of investing. You know, an “everything you need to know to become a hard money lender” type book.

I have an instructional cassette tape or video tape set created by someone in the hard money business.

It teaches you how to lend your own money and also lend other people’s money, which can be a very lucrative business.
