Two books I believe are good - “The Complete Guide to Buying and Selling Apartment Bulidings” by Steve Berges (2002), and “How to Buy and Sell Apartment Buildings” by Eugene Vollucci (1993. A little old, but still good I think). Good luck - hope that helps.
