Has anyone done any lonnie deals in s.c.? Either notes or park notes? I’m kind of hesitating because of $95.00 mobile lot rents and 2/1 stick or brick homes for $325.00 including electric, water ect. For some reason rent is quite low in my area and i don’t know why!
