I’m just curious:
How many have fulltime employees??
How many have partners and are fulltime??
I do have one employee and I’m considering bringing in a second person to assist in the day-to-day operations… Any suggestions on how to structure this arrangement? He wants to become a partner, except I provide the financing and I’ve already got the business. He has not done any deals…now that I think of it, I’ve just answered my own question.
