You haven’t told us anything really useful in relation to the question, yet. A 4 year old, 2 bed/2 bath in a family park with lot rent of $480/month… sounds like 10,000 others out there.
It’s worth whatever you can get for it.

i just bought a house and i just moved out of the single wide 2bed 2 ba mobile home i was living in, i own the mobile home free and clear, my main problem is what to ask for it, the mobile home park its in is a family park, the space rent is 480 per month, i do want to make some money off of it(i lived in it for 4 yrs) but i dont want to price it to high as i must pay the 480 per month space rent, and i dont want to price it to low. any advice would be great
