I have been watching the Carleton Sheets infomercial for almostt a year now and can’t decide whether to buy it or not. I am moving to Austin TX soon and that town is booming. I don’t know if the course works everywhere though and I don’t want to get scammed like I did with LaPre or McCorkle.
Any suggestions?

I found Carleton Sheets’ course to be lacking in detail. He does a GREAT job of explaining the various ways to purchase real estate, and he sparked my interest in getting more detail.
I found this site, purchased a set of courses from an author on this site, attended the annual convention in Dallas, and am really psyched. I’m about to close my first transaction with a profit potential of $20K.
You can’t go wrong by getting started with Carleton’s material. However, it is only a start. Real estate is not a scam. There are profits to be made in many areas.
