I think it really depends on where your at.
Here in my area, San Diego, it varies from city, to county etc.
Talk to the Park Managers and see what they say.

Lonnie deals seem to be relatively rare here in the San Joaquin Valley so I thought I would create my own by buying some used homes (trade-ins) from a dealer and moving them to a park for re-sell.
I was told by a local dealer that the state inspection when moving a used mobile to a park is so extreme it wouldn’t be worth my while. I was told by another dealer that the inspections are not that bad.
Can any of you Californians offer some advice?
