Now I know everyone has insurance of some type. I guess what I want to find out, does everyone pay a high price for insurance or is there a trick to getting a reduced price.
I found a new agent, and I am working on getting something less than 400 a unit/yr. This still seems high to me considering there are no claims on the building ever.
I guess its fits the phase,“If someones winning, someones losing”

Good morning,
Its that time of year again for me to get a new inc policy. I have a 9 unit apt, 30 yr old, NO claims. Great/good condition.
The policy I had last year was paid 366.00 per unit/yr. This year they want 400.00 per unit/yr. Thats 3600 a year.
My question is, “Whats wrong with this picture?” I think this is way too much. When I first got these apts 8 years ago, it was only 1600 a year.
My coverage is just plain old coverage, with 1500 deductable. I believe Scottsdale is the insurer.
What can I do to keep my MONEY. I don’t want to give it away to these people!
