It’s called a Fire Dwelling Policy which should cover replacement cost, liability, medical, rents and your choice of deductible. Contact your homeowners insurance company to get the premium. Hope this helps

What type of insurance is needed for income producing property to cover slips and falls ect? Is this covered in the basic home owner policy? Are there any recommendations out there for which company to use? Thanks
