I received this deal today and need to know if doing international deals are the same as national deals or is there something Im missing as to the legal aspect of this type of deal or is it ok because the owners are in country. As you see i need some help on this one.I thank you in advance.
I saw your posting for real estate notes in the US. Would you perhaps be interested in notes for properties in Costa Rica and Belize that are owned by American citizens? They are brand new homes that are targeted as vacation homes, second homes, and retirement properties. The developer I am working with is slated to build about 400 homes over the course of the next two years.
