I have incoming payments to my account on four “Lonnie” deals. I give the new buyer deposit books that have diferentiating “client” numbers that show up on my internet screen and paper bank statment. It is very easy to monitor if someone turns deliquent quickly on payments at a click of a button. Just thought I’d mention it as there is quite a bit of trafic on “escrow” collection and the like.
