As many of you know, I live in Grand Forks, ND, which is on the ND/MN border with E. Grand Forks MN as our sister city. We’re basically one community, although with separate governments.
I know several of you do deals in states other than the one you live in. What kinds of things should I be cautions abuout if I buy property across the state line, especially when I get incorporated?
