I’m thinking of buying a house around $60K-80K and to rent it out. Where do I start on researching how much rent to charge, how to list your house for rent, rent collections and all the issues related to tax, hassels, pro and cons of investing in this type of transactions.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Read Leigh Robinson’s book “Landlording.” This book discusses the how-to’s of landlording. Then research on this website and Mrlandlord.com.
