Save your money and start by reading ALL the “How To” articles on this site.
By the time you finish those, and the Money Making Secrets pages, you will have gotten the same training as you will find in many three day seminars, all for free!
After that, post questions on the “Main News Group” (see link above) and you’ll be ready to start looking for your first deal.
Education is the key. Using it will get you where you want to be.

My wifes father did this a number of years ago and got out of it for reasons unknown. I’m a Q.A. Mngr. at a loccal company and I work 60 plus hours a week and I’m thinking of getting into this kind of buisness, the properties are low in cost around her and I’m not sure how to start. Do you have any ideas or places to look for information on how to start. We have the money to invest in realestate and need a starting place. Feel free to write back with ideas or places for us to start on our own realestate investments.
