Invest from a business persepctive… It is isn’t good business, then it predominately isn’t endorsed here… as a general rule.

WB is an anomoly to the business… he has written the play book on how to do things… but most folks can’t discipline themselves to the strict line of rigors that WB rules himself by… He is all about the “Cause”, and little about the “Personal Benefit” of the Cause. He can and does subordinate his own gratification to the Cause… when then has become his Gratification.

Now that I have drifted sompletely off topic, (for the CRE board), I’ll close by saying that most folks couldn’t assimilate to WB, but they can come here, rub elbows and learn and equally good disciplined investment approach, no matter that it doesn’t involve WB…

Keep in mind this… WB’s rate of return for 2005, overall was, - .9%… that is MINUS 9/10th of 1 %… on his invested assets.

I AM AN AVID FAN OF WARREN BUFFET’S INVESTING GENIUS. FOR

THOSE WHO AREN’T FAMILIAR WITH HIM, HE’S THE WORLD’S

RICHEST INVESTOR, AND HE DIDN’T USE REAL ESTATE TO BECOME

RICH. HE BELIEVES INVESTING IS MOST SENSIBLE WHEN IT

MAKES BUSINESS SENSE, A.K.A ANALYZE THE INVESTMENT FROM A

BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE (FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, INSIDER

COMMUNICATION, ETC.) THE PRICE YOU PAY ONLY DETERMINES

YOUR RATE OF RETURN. PAY MORE THAN THE BUSINESS CAN

REALITICALLY EARN IN NET INCOME OVER THE LONG TERM(10

YEARS REALISTICALLY SPEAKING), EARN LESS OF AN ROI. PAY

LESS, EARN MORE. IT’S AS SIMPLE AS ONE, TWO, THREE. SO

WHETHER YOUR NICHE IS AQUIRING REAL ESTATE OR ANY OTHER

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, AS A HEDGE AGAINST UNECESSARY
