Investing in Las Vegas multi-family...

What are you thoughts about investing in Las Vegas multi family units?

I recently noticed a lot of MF listings in Las Vegas are offering fairly decent returns, many of which are only a few blocks off the Strip. The rents are silly low (compared to SoCal where I’m at) which from what I read is because the tenant base is essentially the service industry, but the properties seem to be priced accordingly.

Are there some real dangers investing in the area that anyone can speak about?
