Thanks for your input to my questions on investing with no money down. I will continue to read this web-sight. Sounds like I need to save my money and buy the tapes, lessons, etc. Thanks again. A newbee

I am interested in beginning to invest in real estate. I have very little experience. I have seen on tv recently about courses to buy that say you can buy houses with no money down. Is that possible, What are the catches and pitfalls to watch out for?

The answers can be answered by reading this newsgroup for a few months, the articles too. Buy some courses. Post specific questions rather than general ones and you’ll get better answers.

There is no shortcut. You must learn about RE. And this is the best place on the web to do so. Yet, trying to make an offer on a real piece of property will teach you more than any other way in a short amount of time. You must make the effort and take action, otherwise no amount of advice anyone can give you will be sufficient.
