I would like to purchase some rental homes, but I’m not sure how to go about it. I’ve been told by some to use the equity in home and I’ve been told by others not to. I’ve heard people spout "buy a home with no money down. I’m looking for a way to get started but I don’t want to loose my shirt in the process.
