Hello, My wife and I own a property in orange county california that in the last 2.5 years has gone up over 125,000 dollars. I am interested in leveraging our home to buy either a small apartment building, commercial property, or shopping center. What are the advantages and disadvantages of leveraging our home to do this kind of investment? Any help would be appreciated…Randy
