I know of one lawsuit out there in Dallas where the defendant is “ONSITE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, JONATHAN CHAD SORRELS AKA CHAD OWENS AND BRYAN F OWENS” . Another partner in crime is Stephany Scott who is Chad Owens cousin (both allegedly in Florida setting up their next scam)

Look out for a company called Onsite Property Management that is owned by Bryan F. Owens, but could also approach you as if someone named Chad Owens is the owner.

There are a number of investors in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that were ripped off by these characters. They would lease the houses, keep the rent, and then skip town. For me, personally, I was a mere renter whose security deposit was stolen.

So watch out because I hear that they are setting up shop in Florida now, under what name I do not know. However, the 3 names to look out for are Bryan Owens, Chad Owens, and Stephanie Scott.

Here is a link to Bryan Owens expired real estate license. There are now 3 complaints on file.

Here is a link to the Better Business Bureau for the same company showing Chad Owens as the owner. Its the same company because the address is the same and “leasewithonsite” used to be their website.

supposedly chad owens is an alias and the real name is johnathan chad sorrels. Bryan is allegedly his boyfriend.
