I bought property a year and a half ago and did a land contract. The problem is the tenets stopped paying after 6 months. In the meantime I was unable to keep up with the payment. The person that help me set up the contact and purchase the houses has been little help. The properties are close to being in foreclosure status. I live in the Cleveland, Oh area and would like some advice as to options I might have.
