The only thing I know about John is: he was featured on Ron Legrand’s guerilla marketing bootcamp which I bought. He came accross as very smooth, astute, experienced investor. He’s been in real estate for over 20 years. He indicated he buys over 100 homes per year in his area, mostly low end junkers which he rehabs (not always) and sells on land contracts. I felt everything he had to share was real stuff.
I am not aware of any seminars or courses he might be selling.
